Mediators will become members of our
'Online Dispute Resolution Mediator
Panel' upon completion of this course and will receive an
ODR accreditation certificate and 10 hours of CLE/CPD points.
Panel members will then be able to run their own personal ODR service to expand their professional skills and service to a larger market..
The course content is broken down into
three sections. We recommend mediators take a two week period to complete
the full course:

Section 3 - Live Role-Play and Assessment
