With this platform LCA members will be able to expand their professional skills to incorporate developing Online Dispute Resolution practices. Once registered, you will be able to use it as a unique preparation tool for conference based mediation as well as, where distance prevents a meeting, for wholly online mediation.

You will be able to offer a more comprehensive service to the parties, providing them with greater flexibility, access and participation. You will also gain access to work previously restricted due to geographical or time management issues.

ODR offers dispute resolution professionals a variety of developing skills that are used in conjunction with traditional methods to deliver a more productive and competitive service.

This is an informative and fully interactive, web accessible, online dispute resolution platform. Intuitive and easy to navigate for the parties, with all the information they need at their fingertips.

PLEASE NOTE: This system is currently running as a pilot program during which time this service is free for all users, with no registration or training charges required for participation. A basic per party case room fee is payable by the legal representative when opening a case (administrative cost).

Legal representatives can choose to invite in a mediator with no previous Online Dispute Resolution experience to conduct their dispute at no charge, or request a fully trained and accredited ODR mediator from www.TheMediationRoom.com Australian ODR mediator panel (mediator fee applicable).
