With this platform I am offering my clients a more comprehensive dispute resolution service, providing greater flexibility, access and participation. Traditional methods of mediation, incorporated with developing Online Dispute Resolution practices, combined to provide a more productive and accessible experience.

Once registered, participants will have full access to their file 24 hours a day, from any terminal, anywhere in the world. All correspondence, file exchanges, mediation agreements and other content will be securely archived and conveniently available.

All content is assembled chronologically or by topic, through intuitively designed and easy to navigate 'message boards' with all the information you will need at your fingertips. All correspondence on this system is 'party protected' which removes the possibility of sending sensitive information to the wrong person.

This system will operate, in conjunction with traditional methods, as a unique preparation tool for conference based mediation, an ongoing correspondence file throughout the course of a dispute, as well as, where distance or sensitivity prevents a meeting, for wholly online mediation.

Please note that this is unique software offering levels of interactivity for secure and confidential communications, as required in mediation, that is not available elsewhere.
